Welcome to the Planning, Pregnancy and Birth section of Well Baby Center and our Local Resources guide.
Well Baby Center's Mindful Parenting Groups
Parent/infant relationship support groups focusing on promoting sensitivity, flexibility, and mindfulness in communications between parent and child. Facilitated by licensed family therapists, sliding feescale series, focuses on enhancing the attachment relationship through mindful, reflective parenting practices. Parents have the opportunity to reflect on their experiences as parents as well as on the impact of their own early relationships. One or both parents may attend with their child. Group meets weekly and is ongoing.
